Sherlock Hound (名探偵ホームズ, Meitantei Hōmuzu, released as either Famous Detective Holmes or Detective Holmes in Japan) is an 1984 anime adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes series in which all the characters are depicted as anthropomorphic dogs. It was directed in part by Hayao Miyazaki.
