"Dirigible Days" is a five-part steampunk sci-fi/comedy/adventure web series that follows the airship S.S. Beatrix as they transport a shady lawman and his dangerous prisoner from the Cult of Cthulhu. The crew of the Beatrix includes comedic engineer Hooper, mute pilot Josie, and gun-arm toting Captain Santiago Dunbar.

Anthony Daniels (C3P0 from Star Wars) is the show's narrator and California-based steampunk band Vernian Process composed the theme music. The series was written by James Bragado, directed by Gary Lobstein and was funded through Kickstarter.

DescriptionEdit

“At the height of the Victorian Age, an asteroid crossed our orbit. It did not collide with the Earth, but with cursed luck, our planet did not miss the debris in its wake. Millions perished. However Earth was reshaped and the skylands lifted by the strange aetherite ore deposited in the meteorites. Eventually civilization rose again. This is the year 997, and adventure is inescapable in these Dirigible Days.”

Strega: UnboundEdit

The producers of Dirigible Days have also produced a stand-alone short film called Strega: Unbound, featuring Salazar Strega, the villain from the aforementioned Dirigible Days, who now menaces this separate, stand-alone short film directed by Patrick Murray with a supernatural setting and story heavily influenced by the writings of H.P. Lovecraft and featuring original music from Bob Eisenstein of the steampunk band Victor Sierra.

Set during the 1940’s during WWII, Professor Eidelberg is forced by a secret Nazi cult to steal an ancient manuscript. But dealing with forbidden knowledge comes at a price in this short dieselpunk thriller.
